Financial Review Committee
The committee shall be appointed during the January Board meeting. The committee consists of a Chair and two (2) other members who are Certified Members. The Chair and committee members are appointed by the Board, but none shall be current members of the Board. The committee will conduct unscheduled financial reviews of the financial records no fewer than four (4) times per year. The committee is responsible for an end of the year financial review of the Association’s financial records. The committee will submit a preliminary report of the annual financial review at the following year’s February Board meeting with a final report presented to the membership at the following year’s March monthly Association meeting. The 2023 Chair of the Financial Review Committee is Peggy Anglin and members Jeannie Ruston and Barbara Jordan.
